it's only life after all*

You'll laugh.

Dr A went over the report from my MRI and while I have no tumours or lesions (thank you Google Images) apparently I DO have inferior cerebellum tonsils, which consitutes a congenital brain abnormality called Chiari Malformation. Except, the degree of abnormality is such that it's know as a BORDERLINE Chiari. I kid you not. Even my brain is f'n borderline!!!!! I had to laugh. It may or may not be the cause of my headaches, so now I have to see a specialist neurologist for more testing. It's not fatal, just debilitating, and sadly it cannot take the blame for my general mental wackiness.

I can't believe I have some other blasted "Borderline" condition. Maybe I should look around for some more Borderline diagnoses, I can start a collection. It takes up less room than snow globes.

Your sense of humor is priceless Lil. However, although I had to laugh I'm still sitting here with tears in my eyes. I'm so sorry you have yet another thing to deal with. Hugs to you my dear girl.

Oh dear one, this is a blessing in disguise also. Even though an added diagnose to your list, at least you can rule out the tumors and lesions. Keeping you in my prayers.....blessings.....

Laughter is good. I'm sorry you have one more issues to the pile though.

I understand wishing for a physical abnormality to account for the craziness. I hope for a day when they can tell us what's wrong with our brains, then we might know what meds to take without years of adjusting. A big dream.

Well, that is truly ironic. And fascinating. At least it's not a cauliflower!

Hey Lil,
That's great it's nothing serious. However, it sucks that your doctor said this borderline thing can or can't be causing your headches. I hope he can firgue out what it is! I be praying for you and at the same time I be laughing because your brain is borderline too. That kills me;>p
Hugs,
LA

So glad that they did find anything more serious, but I admit, I did smile at the title of the diagnosis. Life is perverse in its' humour. xx
